If you’re a talented designer who’s looking to join a positive, collaborative creative team, we want to meet you. FVM is looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience, a broad set of skills, and an interest in solving B2B branding and marketing challenges to come share their ideas — and grow their career.
As a member of our creative department, you’ll help design, produce, and deliver projects that range from landing pages and websites to digital and traditional ad campaigns, brochures, video graphics, and email templates… all the way to logo development and full rebrands. You’ll be involved at different levels across many clients, which is part of what makes our work so rewarding.
We need you to be a clear and candid communicator, someone who will take responsibility for projects, knowing when to ask questions and raise red flags. That’s because you will be working closely with a team of dedicated (but light-hearted) writers, designers, and developers — plus several seasoned account executives — all of whom count on you to bring a balance of optimism and realism to every assignment.
You should be fluent in most of the Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable across Microsoft Office, and have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Bonus points for skills in animation, UI/UX, copywriting, advanced photo manipulation, and/or familiarity with WordPress (or other website content management systems).
