Background
As a leading group purchasing organization, Entegra had outlined a go-to-market strategy for engaging more senior living communities. Drawing on input from their healthcare and culinary teams, Entegra compiled a thorough deck including four distinct buyer personas for older adults, service levels for supporting them, and Entegra-specific offerings.

The challenge
Through conversation, FVM and Entegra determined that the job was bigger than a simple PowerPoint redesign. This was an exciting opportunity to position Entegra Culinary Consulting offerings as a standout in the senior living market.
The facts and information were all there. FVM just needed to organize and design the input in a clear, memorable way.

Our approach
The FVM team quickly got to work outlining the given materials: Setting the stage for a new generation of seniors. Naming the personas and service levels to be clear and distinct. And aligning each narrative thread to an Entegra offering — without coming across as too forceful or salesy.
On the design side, we used visual cues to make the story easy to follow: custom icons to illustrate different levels of services. Color-coded labels and charts to clarify what today’s seniors want, and how businesses can attract them. And carefully selected photos that resound with Entegra clients — and satisfy Entegra brand guidelines.
In total, FVM delivered a punchy PowerPoint deck showcasing the new offerings, plus a shareable, editorial-style content piece telling the new senior living story.
Now equipped with fresh marketing materials and a clear message, Entegra is poised to take their senior living business to the next level.
