Converting customers with an educational video series
The sales team at Veseris, the industry leader in North American structural pest control distribution, needed to sell more of their value-added tools and services. Company leadership had specifically challenged the team to earn 400 new customers to their e-commerce store. FVM was tasked with creating materials to help achieve that goal.
FVM set out to package the sales representatives’ most successful messaging in a series of videos. In interviews, focus groups, and surveys conducted by FVM, Veseris team members had expressed their need for shareable content that communicated the benefits of their tools and services. Our team used their input to create the Better Business Tips video series.
FVM delivered a total of 10 animated “Better Business Tips” videos, including titles like “Cut Training Costs with ProTraining Online” and “Keep Your Techs and Trucks Compliant.” Short, engaging, and informative, the videos offered a customer-focused perspective showing how each tool could help with day-to-day operations.
In addition to receiving positive reactions from Veseris sales reps and customers, the Better Business Tips videos helped the team meet its goal of 400 new e-commerce store customers. One Veseris rep noted, “These videos garnered several customer emails, which I’ve used to set up follow-up appointments. Thanks for that!”
